I messed up, HELP!!!!!!!!?

Me and some friends met a few girls at a club. Both me and my friend had a connection with two girls that were sisters. Especially me. Me and this random girl had actually been talking on a dating website the past week and didn't even know it. How about those odds. The next night we met up at another club. This girl ended up talking to some other dude the whole night. I was drunk so i got a little upset and made a little comment to her. Like "oh that's a shame" and walked away. Stupid i know. Now these girls want to meet again this weekend. Not necessarily to see me. How do I fix what i did? I'm sure she was turned off the other night with that comment. It did show desperation. Is there a way to get her to be interested again? or just say screw it and don't pay any attention to the slut lol.
