Can I use spyware terminator, microsoft security essentials, panda cloud and immunet together on one computer?

I have Vista on my desktop computer. I was wondering if having all that on my computer, would it crash on me. I read on here that two out of four may end up crashing my computer and I don't want that to happen. I know that Panda Cloud and Immunet is suppose to work with other programs. Am I good with just spyware terminator and microsoft security essentials?
