Counter offer 1: $1, 190,000, then Counter offer 2: $1,197,000 - what?
Instruct your agent to ask the other agent if the seller is considering any other offers, and then bottom line - what would the seller accept to get the deal done (so long as you're comfortable with where the price is now).
