Does anyone know if I can exchange or clean a pair of Pumas with a white sole that has turned orange?

I am beginning to believe it is not just the surface and that the foam sole has aged orange. I have used acetone, citric acid, rubbing alcohol, toothpaste, and an eraser but the soles are still tan or orange. I am hoping the manufacturer would replace a product with this lack of resistence to age but I am curious about any alternatives to contact or to try to clean them. Thanks
