Would Bald eagles attack my 25# spaniel mix dog?

Eagles tend to go for fish. Just keep your dog out of the water and it should be fine. I've personally never heard about someone losing a small dog to Eagles or any other bird of prey. It's the kind of horror stories the locals tell tourists to get more interest.
