Why do 90% of college girls have the same scrubby look?

I just started this year and I don't wear sweats to school, but you know what, sometime I FEEL LIKE IT!!! Arghhh. lol between all the work and extracurricular stuff, you find that you just don't care what you look like. Plus a lot of people live on res. so its way easier for them to just leave like that, cause they'll be home soon anyway. =)
