Quick! what to do with smoked salmon?

I purchased a box of ready to eat salmon. On the back of the package there are no directions whatsoever as to how you prepare it or a way to eat it. Currently its frozen and I'm letting it thaw out. Once thawed out, how do I eat it. Meaning, do I grill it, fry it, just heat it up? I purchased it for a diet I'm on.
