How do I close the books on Quickbooks when an LLC goes out of business? #3?

As far as QuickBooks is concerened you don't need to do anything to close out a company. Just back it up on a disk and you are done. After your CPA reviews your file he may have you do some adj j/e for your taxes though. Good Luck!
