Help with wrist and hand pain?

well...i think you should take a little time off kickboxing cuz it could get worse. in the meantime, you can ice your hand in a bucket of ice water halfway up your arm. then, take ibuprofen, elevate it and rest. avoid pressure on your hand. do the ice thing for 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off. do that 2-3 times. wait 3-5 days and try again (only go back in 3-5 days after doing my treatment), then, it you are ok you can continue. if you feel any pain, stop and see a doctor.
