Has anyone used benefiber while feeding?

i wnat to add a little more fiber to my diet i know i can do that by eating green vegetables, but i dont really like that many green veges.... i want to take benefiber just to make sure im gettting the right amount of my daily value needs...i gave birth two months ago and plan to feed fo as long as i can..
