Does anyone know where I can find beagle, apoo, or pomeranian puppies in the Washington D.C area?

Hmmm... you should consider adoption at your budget...there are many wonderful dogs at petfinder.com that are very sweet...I hope you realize that after you get the dog, there will be lots of fees...vet bills, supplies....e.t.c. If your budget for the whole thing is 500, you should consider a different pet (goldfish, bird, hamster?) But if you are committed and have the budget, puppyfind.com us great for finding breeders, although there are non-reputable breeeders on there too...You have to spend a lot of time looking for a good breeder, you can't just find one in the ads that is real cheap and then buy the dog. I hope you did your homework! If you really stick to it, I know you can find your perfect puppy!
