Anything the adminstation can do to stop speculators from driving oil back up to $140 a barrel?

Its time we all stood up to those evil dam tree huggers, we need to drill baby drill, we have, why can't we use it? are animals and bugs ETC. more important than we people? good grief we have the technology to do this and not harm anything, after all we are people not animals, they will move on, we need to get thru winters without going broke, etc.etc., so how important is it that we do this?
