Am i eating right to loose weight ?
i have lost about 20 pounds and its getting harder to lose, i wanna loose another 15 pounds of fat. I am eating yogurt for breakfast, ill have a snack in between breakfast and lunch, usually a special k protein bar or nature valley bars. Lunch is what bread with a small amount of peanut er and some fig newtons. Then ill have a nutrition bar after a workout. Dinner is lean meats, chicken, steak, vegetables, fruits. etc. i usually do 2 workouts a day, i am currently doing insanity and i go to the gym for weight training. Am i doing everything right ?
